About the Service
Mero is a digital platform that provides personalized meal planning, macro-based nutrition guidance, and meal preparation tools for consumers. Mero is currently waitlist-only. iOS and Android app features may become available over time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mero, joining the waitlist, or communicating with us about the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Mero does not provide medical advice. The information and recommendations provided through the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Mero uses automated systems and algorithmic processes to generate meal plans, grocery lists, and preparation guidance. Payments
Mero is currently waitlist-only. If paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases become available, additional payment terms may apply and will be presented where required.
Intellectual Property
Mero, including its design, software, content, branding, and related materials, is owned by Matt's Macros Limited or its licensors. You may not use Mero's name, logos, or materials except as allowed by law or with our permission.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to improve Mero.
Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on third-party platforms and service providers, including app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication platforms, payment processors, and AI service providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms and policies.
